Pregnancy is a great strain on the body. If you start off fit, this has a positive influence on the course and recovery of the pregnancy.
Our physiotherapist will help you to keep moving optimally. So you know which exercises are good to keep doing and which are better to avoid. During the PregnantFit lessons, attention is paid in small groups to, among other things, the back, the pelvis, breathing and relaxation.
Following a lesson, it is possible to use Thermae 2000's spa and wellness facilities for 2 hours to experience the ideal combination of exercise and relaxation.

Especially for the pregnant woman
The Thermae For Me mommy to be treatment is the perfect time out for pregnant women. During your pregnancy it is very important to take time for yourself, because a lot is changing in your body. Even if you have no complaints, a relaxing treatment can be good for you, as it also prevents complaints. A relaxing treatment during pregnancy has a positive influence on the health of both you and your baby.

Enjoy the peace and quiet
Enjoy a day on top of the Cauberg, swim a lap in the thermal water, read a book in the relaxation room and relax in one of the catering outlets? A wellness day is also a good idea during pregnancy.
Although the sauna is not recommended in the first 14 weeks of pregnancy, it has many advantages after that. A sauna visit stimulates the blood circulation, prevents you from retaining too much fluid and, not unimportantly, you can completely relax.
Furthermore, the same advice applies to all sauna visitors: listen to your own body. Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous or short of breath. Don't stay in for too long, avoid the hottest part and leave each sauna after a maximum of 10 minutes.
