Terms and conditions
Thermae 2000 guarantees the lowest available room rate without reservation fees exclusively via www.thermae.nl.

The guarantee applies when your reservation meets the following conditions:

  1. Time of reservation
    You can demonstrate that within 2 hours of making your reservation you have found a lower rate on a website not affiliated with Thermae 2000. Please note: the rate is defined as the room price plus any applicable reservation fees and/or mandatory insurance charges.
  2. Room type
    The room type must correspond to a comparable room type offered at the rate found on the competing website.
  3. Currency
    The currency must correspond (after conversion, if applicable) to the currency of the rate shown on www.thermae.nl.
  4. Length of stay
    The length of stay must match the duration offered on the competing website.
  5. Booking and payment conditions
    The booking and payment conditions must be identical. For example, special rates requiring advance payment as part of an “early booking” offer may be available at a lower price via another party.

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Auction websites where Thermae 2000 is not disclosed until the reservation is final. These may include Priceline and Hotwire, as well as other websites operating in a similar manner.
  • Websites selling packages in which the hotel stay is part of a bundled offer, such as Expedia and Booking, as well as other package providers.
  • Packages that include additional elements such as taxes, service charges, meals, parking services or treatments.
  • Unpublished rates, negotiated contract rates with companies, agents, groups or other agreements that Thermae 2000 has arranged with specific partners and that are not publicly available.
  • Additional taxes, guest expenses incurred during a stay, or other costs arising from a hotel stay.
