What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is considered to be the oldest medical and health system that was registered about five thousand years ago. It’s a wholistic system from India which meand: knowledge (veda) of life (ayus).
The three doshas; Vata, Pitta and Kapha composed of five elements such as ether, air, fire, water and earth play an important part in ayurveda. Every human, season and ages can be described in these three bio energies.
Within ayurveda absence of illness doesn’t mean you’re healthy. If the three doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha are in balance, the eliminatory products are well, mind is calm and balanced and tissue is functioning normally you can call yourself healthy.
The Ayurvedic massage has a cleaning, relaxing and nourishing effect. It will also balance your physical and mental condition. The self healing ability of the body and mind will be stimulated. The massage:
