We recognize that we need physical relaxation. Therefore, we think that watching tv, going shopping or playing sports also fall under 'relaxation'. But our body is not the only thing we need to relax; our mind needs its own form of relaxation, too. A well-attuned massage or beauty treatment can work wonders, but besides bodily care, we also pay attention to inner balance in the Mindfulness workshop.
Mindfulness is for people who want to structurally learn to deal with the inevitable stress of daily life. You will learn to find peace and clarity within yourself. The acquired techniques can offer you a great deal of support, not just in times of calmness, but also in times of stress. After all, you will have learned to deal with restlessness while keeping your head above water. Instead of continuously focusing on future goals, you will learn to be open to the 'now'.
One mindfulness session lasts 50 minutes and costs € 19,50. This session is only given in Dutch.
