The ice bath & wellness workshop includes:

An ice bath workshop (90 minutes), given by Messcherp
A day entrance to Thermae 2000, where you may use the spa and wellness facilities all day long
A healthy smoothie of your choice
A bottle of spring water with fruit twist of your choice (0.75 liter)

Practical information:

The workshop takes place in groups (maximum 10 people)
During the workshop it is mandatory to wear swimwear (also on Thursdays)
The workshop will be given in Dutch or English
The workshop starts with theory and breathing exercises, followed by the ice bath.
Prior to the workshop you need to fill in a health statement. You will receive this by email in advance
The workshop will take place from 13:00 to 14:30
The workshop is only available on the following days in 2025:

Exceptions

At Thermae 2000, the sauna area is only accessible without swimwear, and the bathing area only with swimwear. There are a few days each month on which exceptions apply, known as swimwear days and nude days. In the calendar above, you can see when there is a swimwear day (sauna and bathing area accessible only with swimwear) or a nude day (sauna and bathing area accessible only without swimwear).
